DESCRIPTION: PH9503-112

High Solid, Rapid‐Drying coating, with excellent adhesion to sand blasting steel.Can normally curing in ‐10℃. No baking,save energy consumption. Apply vocs 250 g / L and meets the green coating standard.


FEATURES:

GENERIC TYPE:

Composed of  polyaspartic polyurea resin and anticorrosive pigments and fillers additives.

RECOMMENDED USES:

Particularly  recommended for assembly line painting of construction machinery.

NOT RECOMMENDED:

Isocyanate of  polyaspartic polyurea is sensitive to water and moisture, which will lead to  shorten of pot life.

WEATHERING:

Good.

SUBSTRATES:

polyaspartic polyurea primer as recommended. Goodcompatibility with epoxy and acrylic polyurethane system.

TOPCOAT REQUIRED:

Topcoat is not required.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

SURFACE  PREPARATIONS:

Remove any oil or  grease with suitable thinner.

POT LIFE:

10 mins at 20℃  and less at higher temperature and humidity.

STEEL:

Preferably  sandblasting. 30 microns surface roughness is necessary.

SHEL FLIFE:

Party A: 1 ‐ 3  years.  Hardener Party B: 9 months.

Depends On  Storage Condition ).

MIXING:

Mix separately, then  use two‐component sprayer with combine ratio A: B = 2:1 by volume.

PACKING:

12.3L/6.7L

According to  customer’s requirement.

THINNER:

Two‐component  sprayer no need thinner. Thin 5‐15% for air sprayer. If need,Please note to  use Thinner PS1002 Special for polyaspartic polyurea. Epoxy thinners are prohibited.

CLEAN UP: Clean  with thinner PS1002 as soon as possible after spray.

1:Do not apply  when the surface temperature isless than 3℃above the dew point of the air.

2:Air humidity higher than 80% will greatly reduced the glossof the topcoat film. No apply topcoat in high humidity.

*Best intercoat adhesion is obtained when the subsequent coat is applied before the preceding coat has cured. Please recoat not more than Max recoated time, otherwise polish is recommended to ensure adhesion.
